Cruma – Diantech Solutions SL HZ series laminar flow cabinet
ISO Class 5 horizontal laminar flow cabinets (previously Class 100) are ideal for applications where it is essential to ensure that products are protected from external contamination and cross-contamination. The specific way in which the internal walls, located on the inner perimeter of the filter, are assembled, allows to avoid any possible contaminants entering the work area through the Venturi effect of the filter frame. The air collected from the environment is cleaned using polyurethane with high weight efficiency, pushed by a fan motor into the swab, then passed through an absolute filter and discharged into the work area. The air is discharged from an H14 HEPA filter located in front of the operator, moving in a compact, laminar flow, creating an ISO Class 4, therefore sterile, work area and ensuring that contaminating particles behind the product are at a further distance.
Specimen Protection. Complete Sterility.
Our horizontal laminar flow cabinets guarantee laminar airflow with ISO Class 4 air cleanliness standards according to EN14644-1 thanks to our advanced H14 HEPA filter, which ensures a minimum efficiency level of 99.995% for particles down to 0.3 µm.
Universal
They can be used in areas where extracted contaminated air is difficult to extract, such as in the lower courtyards of buildings, and they can be installed in different locations, meaning they are easy to move if necessary.
Economical Resources and Easy Installation
No expensive work is required to install the cabinet, meaning there are no additional costs and no need to interrupt the laboratory's full capacity.
Energy Saving
Unlike other manufacturers, our cabinets do not use laboratory air conditioning, which significantly reduces energy costs: filtered air is not expelled outside, but recycled back into the laboratory, cleaned of contaminating particles.
Features
- Production: The external parts are made of galvanized cold-rolled steel, coated with white epoxy, baked in ovens at 200 °C and resistant to chemical compounds used for sterilization.
- Work Surface: The surface of the working chamber is made of white tempered glass, highly resistant to impacts and chemical influences.
- Absolute H14 HEPA Filter: with flow rates and efficiency levels above 99.995% for particles measured at 0.3 microns. Standards MIL-F51068C and BS 3298.
- Wind Motors: dual centrifugal wind motors capable of delivering laminar flow in the workplace, especially when it comes to filter saturation up to a maximum value of 400 Pascal.
- Control Panel: Soft keyboard with switch for LED lamps, UV ultraviolet lights, maintenance system that regulates air speed through HEPA filter, electronically adjustable and with control key that reduces speed in ECO mode.
- Lighting: LED lamps mounted in the center with a prismatic diffusion screen that improves light distribution on the work surface.
Utility
Platelet-rich plasma, growth factors, drug delivery in the pharmacy department, hematology, clinical analysis and microscopic analysis, filling with antibiotics and injectable drugs (except cytostatics), tissue culture, plant cell cultures, reconstitution of parental bags, assisted fertilization techniques, micromanufacturing techniques, water and food quality control, manufacturing and repair of electronic devices, dust protection in the optical industry, etc.

New Features and Components
Initial cycle flow suitability and final cleaning cycle, fault LED, air flow control via microprocessor, HEPA filter with electronic chip, LED lighting.
New alerts and scheduled notifications
Next expiration warning, several hours of filter life warning, countdown timer, filter expiration warning by hours and date, equipment without filter warning.
Specimen Protection
Clean zone for specimen handling and protection. Our horizontal laminar flow cabinet air flows through an H14 HEPA filter (manufactured to EN-1822) at a constant velocity, moving horizontally through the cabinet's laminar flow zone. This creates an ISO Class 4 sterile environment (previous version of American Federal Standard 209E) and protects the product from external contamination and potential cross-contamination between specimens.
Single stage filtration system with a minimum efficiency level of 99.995% for particles measuring 0.3 µm, topped with an extraction level of 100% due to external air flow. Complete protection for the sample.
