Cruma – Diantech Solutions SL P series powder weighing cabinet

To ensure worker protection during precise powder weighing, Cruma has developed a new cabinet with a double HEPA filter that captures particles down to 0.3 microns. The cabinet is available in two different sizes and is equipped with a main H14 filter and a safety H14 filter at the exhaust point. An activated carbon filter can be installed instead of the HEPA filter on request.

Economical Resources and Easy Installation

No expensive work is required to install gas discharge pipes, so there are no additional costs and no need to interrupt the laboratory's full capacity.

Energy Saving

Unlike traditional exhaust masks, our fume masks do not use air conditioning inside the laboratory, which significantly reduces energy costs. The extracted air is not expelled outside, but is recycled inside the laboratory, cleaned of contaminants.

• Production: The external parts are 1.2 mm galvanized steel with an acid-resistant polymer coating that cures at 200 °C. The door is 6 mm thick transparent polymethyl methacrylate (light transmission coefficient 93%).
• Work surface: The working areas/working chamber are made of stainless steel AISI 304 2B.
• The 127x34mm LCD display informs about: Air speed is constantly monitored, filter installed, operating hours, expiration date and other revision dates, door opening warning via electronic photo paper element, countdown timer, clock and calendar.
• Features and components: Initial air flow cycle adjustment and final cleaning cycle, fault LED, air flow control via microprocessor, filter with electronic chip, internal temperature sensor, door open warning / door open in shutdown mode, next revision warning, several hours of filter life warning, countdown timer, filter end warning (by hours), filter end warning (by date), temperature warning, equipment without filter warning, low barrier.
