Compressed air pressure loss testing device Mod. ACPL/EV is designed for pressure loss analysis in compressed air systems. This device is used in conjunction with compressor test benches such as VC-P/EV, VC-PD/EV, VC-S/EV or VC-V/EV and allows for training and calibration tests.
Technical characteristics:
- Measuring equipment:
- 3 calibrated diaphragms according to UNI standards (maximum flow 300 l/min), installed in a 3/4” pipe with a throttle valve and pressure measurement point;
- 5 pipes of different diameters, lengths and shapes with a throttle valve and a pressure measurement point for measuring pressure losses based on air flow.
- Measuring instruments:
- Air flow meter (adjustment range from 0 to 25,000 l/h);
- Differential U-shaped manometer (0 to 300 mmHg) for measuring pressure drops and differential pressure;
- 2 Pt100 thermistors for measuring air temperature at diaphragms and pipes;
- 2 Bourdon type manometers (from 0 to 10 bar).
- Additional features:
- Pressure reducing valve;
- Ability to test and calibrate safety components such as pressure switches and pilot valves.
Educational program:
- Testing and calibration of safety components (pressure switches, pilot valves);
- Measurement of pressure losses in various types of pipelines;
- Analysis of pressure drop depending on air flow intensity.
Dimensions and specifications:
- Dimensions: not specified (depends on the compressor used).
- Energy source: compressed air (provided by the customer).
Resources needed:
- Compressed air.
- One of the following compressor test benches: VC-P/EV, VC-PD/EV, VC-S/EV or VC-V/EV.
