• SIF-400 allows the production of single containers and container packages. For single containers, the customer issues an order for X recipients, assigning each of them a recipe. For container packages, the customer issues an order for X packages with the required containers.
  SIF-400 can ship single containers, container packages, and pallets of packages.
• There are many product configurations to choose from:
  • Container shape: square section and round section.
  • Content type: solid, liquid, and customized.
  • Content configuration: color, filler level, mix ratio, etc.
  • Number of containers in each package.

• All stations have the following common features: aluminum base structure, capacitive touch HMI display, stainless steel front with on/off button and emergency button, conveyor system with RFID/BCR/NFC*, electric actuators*, industrial controller with OPC UA server and distributed I/O and energy meter with wireless transmission (sender).
