SMC España SAU IPC-200 industrial process control simulator
- IPC-200 – Fully modular and flexible equipment
- Consists of three modules that can operate separately or as a complete process line.
- Various configurations are available to accommodate users' different needs and budgets.
- Emulates a liquid production and bottling plant using various technologies such as pneumatics, electric motors, sensors, programmable controllers, industrial communication technologies, etc.
- The system training tool was developed by a team of expert engineers and educators to improve professional skills.
- All components of the IPC-200 are made from industrial materials, so the student works with the same set of elements that they find in the work environment.
- IPC-201: Production stop
- The first station represents the liquid production and mixing process. It has three tanks: two on the sides where the raw material (liquid) is stored and one in the middle where the mixing takes place. There are two versions of this station: one can control digital variables, the other - analog.
- IPC-201C: Production station for regulation and control of analog variables
- This version of the production station includes several elements that regulate and control TEMPERATURE, LEVEL, PRESSURE and FLOW. This equipment is specifically designed to develop professional skills required in the continuous process industry (food, pharmaceutical, chemical, petroleum, etc.).
- IPC-202: Bottling station
- The second IPC-200 station fills the bottles, feeds and positions the caps. The bottles are then transferred to the third station for storage. All operations are carried out on a six-position index plane. There are two versions of this station, depending on the bottle feed module selected: a version with a gravity bottle feed system and another with a more sophisticated feed system with position detection and automatic correction.
- IPC-203: Launching station
- This station recreates a 25-position automated warehouse using a system based on three Cartesian coordinates (two horizontal electric axes and one vertical pneumatic axis).
