Integrated photovoltaic-wind energy system PMWG-E/EV allows you to experiment with converting solar and wind energy into electricity using a stand-alone system. It is designed for research, education, and efficient energy conversion. The system uses commercially available components.
System composition:
- Photovoltaic system:
- Mobile solar panel module (120 W x 2) with tracking capability (SOLTR/EV plugin required).
- Solar radiation sensor (in PMWG/EV version).
- Wind generator:
- Horizontal axis generator with 3 blades (1.17 m diameter).
- Energy output: ~30 kWh/month at 5.8 m/s wind speed.
- Wind speed and direction sensors (in PMWG/EV version).
- Control panel:
- Integrated charge control, inverter (230 V, 600 W continuous power).
- Microprocessor control with touch screen.
- Data recording via USB interface and monitoring with special software.
- Battery:
- 12 V, 100 Ah capacity.
Operating principles:
- The system can operate with or without solar/wind energy.
- Energy is distributed between the loads and the battery as needed.
Dimensions:
- Solar panel: 120 x 120 x 200 cm.
- Control panel: 92 x 46 x 72 cm.
- Weight: 240 kg.
