  • The HAS-200 Special Edition system with more Industry 4.0 technologies allows you to develop the most in-demand skills in highly automated Industry 4.0 environments. This didactic technological advancement equipment allows you to acquire the necessary skills for various professional sectors.
    In addition to the technologies implemented in the standard version of this system, the special version includes additional technologies that make this equipment an ideal solution for emulating the reality of a smart factory with the latest 4.0 technologies.
  • PRODUCT / PROCESS The HAS-200 allows the user to produce 19 different products. The raw material includes containers with four types of labels (red, blue, yellow and multi-color). Each label includes a barcode that allows the product to be identified throughout the process using BCR readers installed at each station. In addition, the system additionally includes RFID technology at several stations, as well as a QR code printed on a unique content label.
    Both the weight and height of the material are measured during the process. These two variables are stored in a database and allow the generation of historical data, control charts, etc. using the Statistical Process Control (SPC) module.
    Each station in the HAS-200 system performs a part of the process.
  • HAS-201 SE I4.0: Multi-color container supply This post supplies the system with empty containers to be filled with multi-colored beads at the production stations.
  • HAS-202 SE I4.0, HAS-203 SE I4.0 and HAS-204 SE I4.0: Manufacturing The production stations perform the feeding, filling and weighing processes of blue (HAS-202 SE I4.0), yellow (HAS-203 SE I4.0) and red (HAS-204 SE I4.0) containers respectively. This also allows the filling of multi-colored containers arriving from the HAS-201 SE I4.0 station.
    In order to expand the range of possibilities offered by these process stations, the following Industry 4.0 technologies have been added: Augmented Reality (available for HAS-202 SE I4.0 – pneumatic version, HAS-203 SE I4.0 and HAS-204 SE I4.0), Collaborative Robot (HAS-202 SE I4.0), IO-Link smart devices (HAS-203 SE I4.0), HMI (HAS-203 SE I4.0) and Artificial Vision (HAS-204 SE I4.0).
  • HAS-205 SE I4.0 and HAS-206 SE I4.0: Verification These two stations are to measure the height of the material in the container. The HAS-205 SE I4.0 station uses a linear encoder for measurement, while the HAS-206 SE I4.0 station measures using a linear potentiometer.
    In this case, safety technology is included in the HAS-206 SE I4.0 process station.
  • HAS-207 SE I4.0: Closing and labeling At this station, a lid is placed on the container, on which a label with a QR code is printed, which can be used to identify the final product. This QR code contains encrypted product information that can be read by a standard mobile 2D code scanner. The product information displayed on the screen can be defined in the EdMES software.
    This station incorporates RFID, QR and BCR identification technologies.
  • HAS-208SE I4.0 and HAS-209 SE I4.0: Vertical storage and horizontal storage HAS-208SE I4.0: This station allows the storage of containers, both semi-finished and finished. It can hold up to 81 containers. The storage cells are arranged vertically.
    HAS-209 SE I4.0: This station stores containers, both semi-finished and finished. It can hold up to 56 containers. The storage cells are arranged horizontally.
    Both types of storage include Industry 4.0 technologies such as HMI and electric actuators.
  • HAS-210 SE I4.0: Expedition This station removes the final product from the process, placing it on two loading and unloading ramps. This station is available in two versions: with a pneumatic manipulator or a collaborative robot.
  • HAS-211: Raw material storage This station allows you to store raw materials: containers, lids and "pearls" in different colors: blue, yellow and red.
  • HAS-212: Recycling station This station classifies the HAS-200 SE I4.0 used confusion by color.
  • Checkpoint It includes a shared air supply and power network, a shared emergency service, a switch Ethernet network, and a WiFi AP. Not included as standard with the laptop.
