The FP-2S/EV filter press test rig is a device that uses a filter press powered by a variable speed screw pump connected to a tank with the solution to be filtered. The filtrate passes through a flow meter and is collected in another tank. The pump allows operation at constant pressure and flow rate. The equipment allows for deeper analysis of filtration characteristics, filtration at constant flow rate or pressure, and common filter press procedures such as assembly, filtration, disassembly, and cleaning.
