Centrifugal pump test station Mod. BCP/EV – is a modern, modular training equipment designed to comprehensively test the functional characteristics of 4 industrial water pumps. A single AC motor and inverter allow for individual control of each pump, ensuring accuracy and flexibility in conducting experiments.

Curriculum:
This station allows you to analyze each pump individually and obtain the following parameters:

  • Speed (rpm);
  • Flow rate;
  • Pressure at the outlet;
  • Inlet pressure;
  • Electricity consumption.

Structure:

  • Stainless steel construction with casters;
  • 100 l stainless steel tank (SA) with shut-off valve, allowing tests with pumps above and below the water level.

Additional options (optional):

  • Calibrated stainless steel tank (40 l) with overflow function and measuring scale;
  • Pressure gauges for suction and discharge sides;
  • Flow control valve (VR);
  • Control and monitoring panel with digital voltmeter, ammeter, speed controller and timer.

Required resources (provided by the user):

  • Power supply: 400 V AC, 50 Hz, 1 kVA (other versions available on request);
  • Water supply: for filling a 60 l tank.
