Aerobic water treatment pilot plant AEROBIC WATER TREATMENT PILOT PLANT is a training system for simulating wastewater treatment processes using single-stage activated sludge technology. The system consists of an oxidation reactor, a clarifier and a final chlorination tank. This system is suitable for research and training programs that study biological wastewater treatment.

Automated version (FAa/EV) allows for automatic process control, data collection and monitoring using a PID controller and specialized software.

Curriculum:
The device allows you to perform the following tests and analyses:

  • Cleaning efficiency depending on:
    • Water composition,
    • Stay time,
    • Organic loads,
    • pH in the oxidation tank,
    • Dissolved oxygen concentrations.
  • Automatic PID control (only FAa/EV model);
  • System monitoring and remote control (only FAa/EV model).
