„Cruma – Diantech Solutions SL” 2010 Ventilated Chemical Storage Cabinet

Cruma ventilated storage cabinet is based on our suction and filtration fume cupboard technology. It consists of a ventilation system and a filtration system that prevents flammable, corrosive and/or toxic products from accumulating in the cabinet or entering the laboratory or workspace.

Thanks to the Cruma 2010 ventilated storage cabinet, it is possible to store liquid reagents, as it removes flammable, corrosive and toxic vapors through chemical adsorption in a special activated carbon filter, without the need for an external connection. All this complies with* international standards and recommendations: AFNOR NF X 15-211 (Class 2), BS 7258, CSAZ 316.5, EN-1822 and EN-141. *Fully or partially, depending on the standard.

Personnel Safety and Environmental Protection

In addition, to facilitate storage in the laboratory, chemical vapors spilling from the bottles do not escape into the environment, but are captured by an activated carbon filter or zeolite.

Versatility

The Cruma ventilated storage cabinet can be used in hard-to-reach areas, such as lower floors of buildings with narrow accesses and/or staircases, and can be installed in different locations, meaning it can be easily moved if needed.

Economical Resources and Easy Installation

There is no need for expensive work to vent the gas to the outside, so there are no additional costs and no need to shut down a laboratory that is operating at full capacity.

Energy Saving

Unlike traditional storage cabinets, our ventilated storage cabinets do not use air conditioning inside the laboratory, which significantly reduces energy costs. The extracted air is not expelled outside, but is recycled inside the laboratory, cleaned of contaminants.

Features

  • New LCD screen information: New 127×34 mm display with continuous monitoring of air speed, installed filter type, operating hours, expiration date and other parameters.
  • New features and components: From a fault light to microprocessor-based airflow control, filters with an electronic microchip, and LED lighting.
  • New alert and signal features: Next confirmation alert, multiple filter run time alert, countdown timer, filter completion alert by hours and date, equipment without filter alert.

Usage Options

Chemical storage according to incompatibility criteria. Filters available:

Type A: adsorption of vapors and organic solvents (ketones, ethers, alcohols and cyclics, etc.). Activated carbon without impregnation.

Type BE: inorganic gases like Cl2, HCl, HNO3, etc. and light sulfur compounds (H2S, H2SO4 and SOx, etc.) Activated carbon impregnated with metal compounds and neutralizing salts.

Type F: for formaldehyde and its derivatives. Impregnation with Cu.

Protect and Breathe

Cruma 2010 ventilated storage cabinets are designed to be hassle-free when you receive them: simply remove them from their fantastic packaging, place them in the desired location, plug them in and start working. It's as easy as plug and play.

Our ventilated storage cabinets use a new filtration system, developed and patented by Cruma (Inventory Patent), which protects the operator by keeping contaminated gases and vapors that emanate from the stored bottles from escaping into the laboratory air and avoiding leaks that could contaminate the environment.
