Safemate TOTAL Cabinets have been designed to meet the airflow specifications for NSF49 Class II B2 cabinets, also known as „total exhaust“. The 100% draws clean air from the laboratory, either through the front opening or through the main intake. The air flow from the main intake is then cleaned by a primary HEPA H14 filter to provide an ISO3 working area and combines with air from the front opening in the cabinet below. All air then circulates behind the front wall of the cabinet and is cleaned by a HEPA H14 exhaust filter and discharged to the environment. This type of cabinet is designed to be rigidly connected to the ventilation system and allows safe handling of small quantities of chemicals without the risk of increased concentrations caused by air recirculation. MAIN SPECIFICATIONS

• Tilted front window door (5°)
• Sliding front window for optimal cleaning access
• Maximum front opening height: mm 440.
• The front part of the window is made of safety glass, 6mm.
• The front part of the window, in the closed position, presses against the seal, ensuring negligible leaks.
• Sliding window section with electric operation and automatic recognition of the correct working position
• Front mesh with a "V" shape to keep your hands out of the way. No need to use cuffs.
• Filter replacement and electrical/electronic component maintenance on the front side.
• External surface made of epoxy painted steel.
• The working chamber and work surface are made entirely of AISI304 stainless steel with SB finish.
  Easy to clean as specified in EN12469:2000.
• The work surface is divided into sectors, available in both solid and perforated versions.
• Air decontamination is ensured by using HEPA H14 filters, with an efficiency of >99.995% (test MPPS according to EN1822.1).
• DOP test connector that allows you to easily check the integrity of the HEPA filter.
• Integrated plugs with IP55 protection level.
• Continuous monitoring of the following parameters:
  • Laminar flow velocity (measured with an exhaust flow anemometer);
  • Swing speed (measured with an exhaust flow anemometer);
  • Optical/audible alarm for insufficient swing barrier;
  • Optical/audible alarm for insufficient laminar flow;
  • Visualization of operating hours: cabinet, HEPA filters, UV.
  • Voltage-free connection for remote fan control or access to remote alarms.
  • Exhaust connection: diameter 315 mm.
