The HH2 Moisture Meter is a universal reading device for use with Delta-T soil moisture sensors. It can be used with PR2 Profile Probe (same analog and SDI-12* versions), ML3 ThetaProbe, SM150T and WET sensors.

The HH2 deduction device offers impressive functionality in a compact, handheld device designed for field use. Readings are displayed on an LCD screen and can be stored in memory for later download to a computer.

The device can be used with one hand for convenience in the field. Each time-stamped display includes a unique sample number, plot identification number (A to Z), and sensor location number (1 to 255).

The HH2Read Windows PC software provides a data import wizard for direct download to Excel or other spreadsheet programs or irrigation scheduling programs. Alternatively, data can be downloaded in a CSV (comma separated ASCII) format.

Data is transferred to a computer using the RS-232 cable supplied with each device. Please note that many modern computers do not have an RS232 port; a USB connection requires a USB to RS232 adapter cable (see Accessories).

*Please note that the HH2 only reads SDI-12 digital data from the PR2 SDI-12 sensor – it is not a universal SDI-12 meter.
