Soil Tester Kit

The WET Kit provides researchers with a powerful portable tool for assessing growing conditions in soils and substrates. The WET Kit measures and displays 3 important variables that influence plant growth: moisture content, temperature, and pore water conductivity (ECp) – the EC of water available to the plant.

The kit includes the WET Sensor, HH2 Moisture Meter (readout device) and a box.

The WET Kit is equipped with calibrations for common mineral soils, organic soils, sandy soils, clay soils, coco fiber substrates, peat potting mixes, greenhouse „mineral” soils and rock wool products (vertical and horizontal measurement).
