3P Instruments GmbH & Co. KG micro series surface area and micropore analyzer
The 3P Instruments GmbH & Co. KG micro series surface area, micropore and mesopore analyzers are fully automated volumetric sorption analyzers. The series includes the 3P micro 100, 3P micro 200 and 3P micro 300 for measuring the adsorption and desorption of nitrogen and other non-corrosive gases.
- The instruments can be equipped with turbomolecular pumps and low-pressure sensors for micropore analysis and krypton physisorption.
- Depending on the customer's wishes, the instruments can be equipped with only mesopore stations (version A), micro- and mesopore stations (version B/B1) or only micropore stations (version C/C1).
- Each analysis station has its own dosing tube for optimal analysis time. Regardless of the start time, the analysis will take the same amount of time!
- Each analysis station has its own p0 cell with a dedicated pressure sensor. The stations are completely independent of each other, and analysis can be started at any time.
- The 3P micro 100 and 200 have two integrated separate burn-in stations that can be used in conjunction with the analysis stations. The 3P micro 300's three analysis stations can be used for in situ sample preparation to avoid sample contamination.
