Combining a thermogravimetric analyzer (TGA, STA and DIL) with a thermal and gas analyzer such as FTIR (Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy) or QMS (Quadrupole Mass Spectrometer) results in a highly accurate device that provides simultaneous (harmonized) information from both gas analysis devices.
The optional pulse analysis option injects a precisely defined amount of gas into a thermogravimetric analyzer (TGA) or synchronous thermal analyzer (STA), significantly expanding measurement capabilities.
This connection allows simultaneous acquisition of interacting information from the thermal analyzer and the evolved gas analyzer.
