Stability studies of materials and biological samples require absolute constancy of environmental conditions. Jiupo THCR climatic chambers are designed to isolate the test objects from any external interference. The construction is based on a thick layer of polyurethane insulation and a seamless stainless steel interior finish, which prevents the accumulation of condensation and the proliferation of microorganisms on the walls. As in the case of plant growth chambers, the THCR series does not have strict standard sizes - each chamber is an engineering project, adapted to the width, depth and height requirements specified by the customer.

The integrated PID microcomputer constantly analyzes data from highly accurate Vaisala sensors and instantly adjusts the operation of the cooling or humidification modules. This allows you to achieve temperature uniformity with an error of less than half a degree and maintain completely stable humidity. All air flow is organized through double walls, so the wind does not blow directly on the samples, but is evenly distributed throughout the room volume.

In order to reduce operating costs, Jiupo has applied a compressor heat recovery system with a stepless frequency converter. This means that the system does not need to use separate, energy-intensive electric heaters to maintain balance - the refrigerant cycle effectively balances itself. All processes can be monitored and controlled remotely via a smart application, and in the event of even the slightest deviation, the system automatically informs the operator on duty.
