- The economical and practical Portable IV Trainer combines realism, fine detail and ease of use in one trainer. These self-closing trainers are packaged in a plastic case that can be converted into a workstation. The trainers include everything you need to start learning and practicing IV skills.
- The Hand and Arm Portable IV Trainers are made of soft material with realistic veins on the skin surface that are visible and palpable. The veins are accessible in the antecubital fossa, the anterior side of the hand, the dorsum of the hand and the thumb veins, allowing practice of venipuncture in any common location.
- When penetrating through vinyl skin and veins, the skin will actually fall off when you feel the veins, and you can feel a characteristic "pop" as the needle penetrates the vein.
- Included in each trainer kit are two IV bags, a blue blood powder packet, syringes, and a storage box.
