• These modern PCR cabinets are specifically designed for preamplification sample preparation in a controlled environment to avoid DNA carrier.
  Any aerosol that is generated during post-amplification sample manipulation cannot enter the cabinet; any DNA molecule present here is neutralized by UV light.
• Operating Mode: The AURA PCR is a very easy-to-use cabinet. After completing normal work processes, the heated glass front panel is closed and a timer is activated to expose all interior surfaces and tools to UV light for a set period of time.
• The outer heated glass body of this cabinet, acting as a filter for UV rays, safely protects the surrounding environment from dangerous exposure of individuals to these rays.
• The PCR cabinet also complies with the electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) requirements according to 89/336EC.
  The cabinet also meets the safety requirements for electrical equipment for laboratory use according to EN 61010-1.

• Main Specifications:
  • AURA PCR is a DNS carrier blocking cabinet that prevents cross-contamination in the workroom and neutralizes DNS fragments in aerosols.
  • Operating Mode: Once the procedure is complete, the operator will close the front window, automatically starting the UV neutralization mode. Once the set neutralization cycle is complete, the timer will automatically turn off the UV light.
