SMC España SAU MAP-200 mechanics simulator
- MAP-200 series
- MAP-201, MAP-202, MAP-203 and MAP-204
- Performs simple assembly processes while reproducing more complex industrial processes. Can include the TROUB-200 troubleshooting simulation system. Available in three different versions: without PLC, with PLC or as an assembly kit.
- MAP-205
- Integrates four previous systems into one comprehensive assembly-disassembly process and includes the TROUB-200 troubleshooting system.
- MAP-206
- Designed to develop electric actuators.
- MAP-207
- There is a dividing manipulator that can be controlled by an external PLC or a computer with autoSIM-200.
- MAP-201, MAP-202, MAP-203 and MAP-204
- MAP-201 – Splitter with detector and rejector
- The gravity feeder places the parts, each part has an asymmetric inner part and is ejected by a pneumatic cylinder. The correct position of the part is checked using a piston cylinder. After checking, the oval pneumatic cylinder moves the part to its final position. Otherwise, a single operating cylinder removes the part through an evacuation chute.
- Three versions are available: with PLC, without PLC and as an assembly kit. The option to integrate a troubleshooting box is included.
- MAP-202 – Vacuum holding device with two shafts manipulator
- A Cartesian manipulator with two shafts that moves a part from one position to another, holding it in place by a set of three vacuum pads.
- Three versions are available: with PLC, without PLC and as an assembly kit. The option to integrate a troubleshooting box is included.
- MAP-203 – Vertical spinner with internal holder manipulator
- This module uses a spindle with an internal holder that moves the part from one position to another.
- Three versions are available: with PLC, without PLC and as an assembly kit. The option to integrate a troubleshooting box is included.
- MAP-204 – Horizontal roto-linear manipulator with external holder
- It consists of a roto-linear manipulator that uses an external pneumatic holder to move the part from one position to another.
- Three versions are available: with PLC, without PLC and as an assembly kit. The option to integrate a troubleshooting box is included.
- MAP-205 – Integrated solution: collection mini-cell
- MAP-205 integrates four didactic manipulative systems, forming a mini-assembly cell. It performs a complete four-part assembly-disassembly process.
- The option to integrate a communication interface is offered, allowing the user to remotely access the PLC and perform the necessary remote maintenance tasks over the Internet.
- MAP-206 – Manipulator using electric actuators
- MAP-206 is a great way to get acquainted with electrical actuators. The operation performed in this module consists of metal parts in one of the storage locations.
- It has three electric axes, two of which are servo-controlled (X – Y), allowing the manipulator to reach any point in the warehouse and coin container. The other (Z) axis consists of an electric cylinder driven by a predefined current source, in which an electromagnet is installed for the sleeves of the parts.
- The MAP-206 incorporates a touch-sensitive HMI with a built-in PLC, providing access to the system and different operating modes.
- MAP-207 – Dividing device for parts classification
- The MAP-207 performs an automated process of classifying and rejecting components made of various materials and sizes (up to 6 different part types).
- It is compact and easy to move. In addition, it is designed with parts widely used in the industry. Its design is flexible and allows it to be controlled using a computer with autoSIM-200 or an external PLC.
