This method allows thousands of genetically identical seedlings to be grown from a small fragment of plant tissue, but this requires an absolutely sterile and precisely controlled environment. Jiupo Terra Series plant tissue culture chambers are an engineering masterpiece designed specifically for this demanding process. The main challenge in in vitro research is microclimate control and especially humidity control. In traditional climate chambers, moisture often condenses on the walls of Petri dishes or test tubes, which drastically increases the risk of mold and bacteria and makes it completely difficult to visually observe the cultures. Jiupo engineers solved this problem by creating a unique three-dimensional fresh air circulation system. Air is supplied to the inside of the chamber through the entire perforated back wall at an extremely low speed. This ensures that the temperature is maintained evenly throughout the chamber, while avoiding direct wind blowing on the sensitive samples and condensation on the glass surfaces. This series starts with the most compact model TCC100, with a capacity of 105 liters, ideal for entry-level experiments or small start-up groups. Such a variety of models allows each institution to find a solution that exactly meets its needs, avoiding unnecessary electricity costs for heating empty spaces.<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"8\">All models in this consolidated series are characterized by the same high quality of construction and materials. The inner cavity of the chamber, in which a constantly humid environment is maintained, is made of top-class SUS304 stainless steel. This material does not react at all with strong disinfectants, does not rust and is extremely easy to maintain, ensuring impeccable hygiene. The outer casing of the device is coated with resistant epoxy paint, and high-density polyurethane foam insulation is integrated between the inner and outer walls. This insulation not only protects the internal microclimate from temperature fluctuations in the laboratory premises, but also makes the chambers extremely energy-efficient. The main door has cleverly integrated tempered glass viewing windows, allowing laboratory workers to visually monitor the progress of plant growth without opening the door and releasing the accumulated heat and moisture.<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"9\">The lighting system is another essential advantage of these devices, directly determining the success of research. Light is the main engine of photosynthesis, therefore Jiupo equips the chambers with LED light sources specially adapted for plant cultures. The standard version is equipped with cold white LED modules that optimally cover the spectrum of photosynthetically active radiation. The entire process is conveniently controlled via an advanced PID microcomputer with a large, bright touch screen.
