NEXGEN Seat Cushion Flammability Tester<\/strong> corresponds FAA FAR Part 25 Appendix F Part II<\/strong>, as well as AITM 2.009, BSS 7303<\/strong> and FAA Handbook Chpt 12 AC20-135<\/strong> requirements. This device is designed for flammability testing of aviation seat cushions, ensuring the highest safety standards.<\/p>\n

The device features a stainless steel burner construction and an integrated combustion gas control mechanism that allows precise control of test conditions. The NEXGEN burner can be used for thermal insulation flame penetration test<\/strong>, as well as for testing seat cushions and powertrain components<\/strong>. Officially FAA approved for thermal insulation testing, but it is recommended to have separate burners for different test configurations.<\/p>\n

The burner is mounted on an adjustable support that allows you to set the exact delivery angle. The integrated control panel provides convenient control of pressure, air and fuel mixture, and the automatic ignition system provides greater accuracy and reliability.<\/p>\n
