This stand can be used for absorption processes (addition of a gaseous substance to the liquid phase) and stripping processes (separation of the liquid phase to the gas phase). The ADSa\/EV automatic version is supplemented with a PID controller, which allows automatic regulation of gas flows.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Main features:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Construction:<\/strong> Made of AISI 304 stainless steel with wheels for mobility.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Column:<\/strong> borosilicate glass DN 80, height \u2013 1000 mm, filled with Raschig rings.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Heat exchanger:<\/strong> borosilicate glass, 0.5 m\u00b2 heat exchange surface, installed at the bottom of the column.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Power tank:<\/strong> 30 l capacity, made of AISI 304 stainless steel.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Dosing pump:<\/strong> AISI 316 stainless steel, with pneumatic control (Qmax = 270 l\/h).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Pneumatic control valves:<\/strong> AISI 316 stainless steel, DN 15, Cv = 0.2 and 0.08.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Electronic mass flow meters:<\/strong> AISI 316 stainless steel, with different ranges (0\u2013600 Nl\/h and 0\u20136000 Nl\/h).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Differential pressure transmitter:<\/strong> range 0\u2013200 mm H2O, with 4\u201320 mA signal.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Temperature sensors:<\/strong> three Pt 100 thermistors with reading indicators.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Control panel:<\/strong> IP55 class, compliant with EU standards, with emergency button.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Training opportunities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Analysis of absorption efficiency under different conditions.<\/li>\n<li>Monitoring the stripping process using various gases.<\/li>\n<li>Calculation of theoretical stages.<\/li>\n<li>Automatic flow control with PID controller (only mod.
