The plant growth chamber is ideal for growing young seedlings into lower plants with low light and multiple levels. Equipped as standard with broad spectrum, energy-efficient LED lighting, the CONVIRON offers the unique ability to accommodate four different research applications in a cost-effective equipment platform. The main chamber can be equipped with one of four specially configured kits, each dedicated to a specific application, including tall plants, short plants, tissue culture and incubation. By varying the airflow, lighting and shelf arrangement, each kit defines one of the four application areas. Fluorescent lighting is also available, and with the optional phenolic-coated cooling coil, the chamber can be easily adapted for entomological research, as this coil protects against insect damage.<\/p>\n
