A CT scan showed a suspected tumor in the left renal pelvis. He underwent nephrectomy.<\/li>\n<li>Pathology:<br \/>\nThis is a kidney after nephrectomy. It should be noted that the kidney retains its embryonic lobulation. A fragile, growing tumor measuring 35 mm in diameter is visible in the renal pelvis. The renal pelvis is markedly dilated due to this obstructive tumor.
