Various bearings with different heights are available.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>FAS-204:<\/strong> Bearing measuring\/transfer station\n<ul>\n<li>Measures the height of the bearing supplied by the previous station and places it in the base.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>FAS-205:<\/strong> Hydraulic stop\n<ul>\n<li>Emulates bearing pressure into the base.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>FAS-206:<\/strong> Transfer station to hydraulic station\n<ul>\n<li>Feeds the workpiece to the press station and places\/moves it onto pallets.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>FAS-207:<\/strong> Shaft classification station\n<ul>\n<li>Feeds the mounting shafts and checks their material and position. There are two types of shafts with different materials.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>FAS-208:<\/strong> Shaft rejection\/transfer stop\n<ul>\n<li>Rejects misaligned or poorly positioned shafts and places the correct ones in the work piece.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>FAS-209:<\/strong> Lid classification station\n<ul>\n<li>Feeds and inspects covers to be placed on the workpiece. There are 6 different types of covers with various materials, colors and heights.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>FAS-210:<\/strong> Lid rejection\/transfer station\n<ul>\n<li>The tenth station rejects unsuitable covers or places them on the work piece if they fit.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>FAS-211:<\/strong> Screw supply station\n<ul>\n<li>Feeds and moves screws to be inserted into the workpiece to the next station.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>FAS-212:<\/strong> Screw insertion station\n<ul>\n<li>Inserts four screws into the base of the workpiece. Given that the screw feed occurs in only one place, the reusable mechanism performs the following pallet rotation movements.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>FAS-213:<\/strong> Robotic screw stop\n<ul>\n<li>Integrates robotics technology widely used in automated environments. In this part of the process, an industrial robot picks up four screws inserted into the product at the previous station.<\/li>\n<li>*Check available robot options.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>FAS-214:<\/strong> Transfer and visual inspection station\n<ul>\n<li>Performs quality control of the work piece using an artificial vision system. In the inspection position, the artificial vision system examines the assembled components.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>FAS-215:<\/strong> Rejection stop after visual inspection\n<ul>\n<li>Rejects a work detail if the inspection result is unsatisfactory.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>FAS-216:<\/strong> Storage station\n<ul>\n<li>The product is removed from the production line and stored using electric actuators.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>FAS-220:<\/strong> Pallet transfer station\n<ul>\n<li>This station moves a pallet with a workpiece from one transfer line to another using a parallel transfer configuration.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>FAS-230:<\/strong> Linear transmission for 4 stops\n<ul>\n<li>The FAS-230 moves the pallet between stations.
